Todd Fine is a Strategy Advisor at Atmosera and the Microsoft Regional Director for Atlanta and works extensively with Microsoft in various forums and capacities. Before Atmosera, Todd was the CEO of Wintellect LLC, the Managing Director of RDA Corp’s southeast regional office; and a Software Manager for the Naval Research Lab’s Special Projects group of the Tactical Electronic Warfare division in D.C., where he led the software design of radar receiver systems. Before that, Todd worked in experimental physics at the University of Maryland’s Charged Particle Beam Lab, publishing scientific papers in such journals as the Review of Scientific Instruments and the Bulletin of American Physics. An aviation enthusiast and pilot for over 30 years, Todd enjoys flying many different types of aircraft, including gliders, helicopters, and hang gliders.
