Update to the REMIT TO address

The new billing system we are using has a new remit to address which is reflected on your invoice. Starting in June 2018, we ask that you pay close attention to the REMIT TO address on your invoice and update your systems accordingly.

Will I still get a paper bill by mail?

If you currently get a paper bill, you will continue to receive one. The goal with this Portal is to reduce the need for paper and focus on delivering bills digitally by email and through the Portal.

If you would like to switch from a paper to a digital bill, please email billing@atmosera.com and we can make the change for you.

How can I access the Portal?

billing.atmosera.com.

How can I get support if I am having problems accessing the Portal?

If you are not able to login, please email billing@atmosera.com and we can make the change for you.

Can I use the Portal with a mobile device or tablet?

Yes, this new Portal profile offers full functionality from a mobile device or tablet. You will be able to view your latest statement and pay outstanding balances.

Can I update my billing address using the Portal?

Yes, the Portal enables you to update your contact information including your billing address. Please see the tutorial below.

Do I need to take any steps if I currently auto-pay my bill from a bank account?

No, we will continue to pay your bill from the bank account already setup.
If you want to switch your auto-pay from a bank account to a credit card, you will have to contact our accounting. Please email billing@atmosera.com.

Can I update my credit card information using the Portal?

Yes, the Portal enables you to update your credit card information. Please see the tutorial below.

Please note that if you currently auto-pay using a bank account, you will need to email accounting to switch to using a credit card.
